Your information

Privacy

This overview explains how EIRA Learn uses information when you complete assigned workplace learning.

Why information is used

EIRA Institute uses this service to assign learning, save page progress, deliver guided assessments, provide feedback, and record completion. Information is used for workplace learning and authorised coaching or administration.

Information the service keeps

  • Your account identity and access-security records.
  • Training assignments and completed learning pages.
  • Assessment attempts, submitted answers, feedback reveals, scores, and completion status.
  • Earned completion badges and essential audit events.

The service does not use webcam monitoring, tab or focus tracking, or artificial-intelligence scoring for this learning experience.

Who can see it

You can see your own progress, attempts, answers, and results. Staff with specific result-viewing permission can see them for administration and coaching. Other employees may see only a badge you have earned; they do not see your score, failures, answers, or number of attempts.

Retention and account changes

Retention periods are configured by your organisation for each class of learning and security information. Records may be retained, deleted, or anonymised according to the approved setting and any applicable organisational requirement. Contact the privacy address below to ask about the settings currently applied to this deployment.
